Hey everyone,

I’m proud to announce that I’ve officially launched my teaching portfolio at

dosgatos.ceo.

The goal? To have one central place where I can showcase my work as a Writing Mentor, student, and a generally curious human. Being a Writing mentor really helped me to embrace an aspect of my literacy narrative that I would never would have embraced otherwise. That’s why I want to continue to be a mentor; so I can pass the buck at least a few times.

Originally, I wanted dosgatos.com—but like all good domain names, it was taken. So I went with .ceo, which, let’s be honest, adds just the right amount of accidental swagger for a cat-themed teaching hub.

On the site, you’ll find:

• My current teaching philosophy
• Reflections and artifacts from my mentoring work
• Digital literacy projects
• Commentary on writing, learning, and (sometimes) conflict

This portfolio is mostly for academic use—future employers, grad school committees, fellow writing mentors and folks who want to see what mentoring looks like behind the scenes.
